SFILMUJ s.r.o. provides audiovisual and video production services, including but not

– graphics & motion design

Orders and project execution

The scope of services, pricing, deadlines, and delivery terms are agreed individually
based on the client’s request, primarily via email, written communication, phone
calls, or online meetings.

 

Pricing and payment terms

Service prices are determined individually. SFILMUJ s.r.o. reserves the right to
request an advance payment before the start of a project.

 

Cancellation

The client may cancel the project at any time. SFILMUJ s.r.o. reserves the right to
charge for work already completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance payment
is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

 

Revisions

The client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in
advance.Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

 

Delivery and approval

After delivery, the client is required to provide feedback within a reasonable
timeframe.If no feedback is received within 14 days, the project is considered
approved.

Copyright and usage rights

Unless otherwise agreed:

– SFILMUJ s.r.o. remains the author of the audiovisual work
– the client is granted the right to use the delivered work for the agreed purpose
SFILMUJ s.r.o. reserves the right to use the work for portfolio, website, and
promotional purposes

 

Liability

SFILMUJ s.r.o. is not liable for:
– delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect materials provided by the
client
– delays caused by force majeure or third parties

 

Late payments

SFILMUJ s.r.o. reserves the right to charge late payment interest in accordance with
applicable law.

 

Right to refuse

SFILMUJ s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse any project without obligation to provide a
reason.

 

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.Any
disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
