In 2019, I captured an aftermovie from a live performance by Slovak rapper Ego at Club Great in Bratislava. The night featured a special DJ set by Dalyb, adding a distinct energy and flow to the performance. The goal was to translate the raw atmosphere of the show into a dynamic visual record that feels intimate and authentic. The video opens with Ego delivering an a cappella spoken intro, reflecting on the year 1996 and the sound of the streets — a moment that set a powerful, nostalgic tone for the night. This was followed by a remix of “Kým sme spolu nikdy nebudeme sami”, a version no longer available online, making the aftermovie a unique and time-specific document of the event.

The project focuses on rhythm, crowd energy, and live presence, blending performance and atmosphere into a concise visual story that captures the essence of the night rather than just documenting the show.
